What happens

A payment becomes due and the person paying receives clear payment instructions.

2. Overdue

The total unpaid amount is communicated clearly.

3. Grace

The agreed grace period gives time before further action.

4. Control

If allowed, a vehicle switch-off request is sent and recorded.

5. Restore

A confirmed payment can restore the vehicle where the agreement allows it.
